45 Years of Combined Experience
From an early public relations career in Car Rental to
executive management positions in power transmission, telecommunications,
printing, advertising specialties, and education, Dr. Lamer has made a habit
of
being at the forefront of leading marketing strategies and adult education.
Lamer holds a BS from the University of Tulsa, an MA in Journalism from
the
University of Oklahoma, and an MBA from
Southern Nazarene University,
and received a PhD in education from Oklahoma State University in 2007. She serves as
adjunct instructor of Marketing, Public Relations and International Business
for Southern Nazarene University and the
University of Phoenix.
Dr. Dana Gray, an expert in hybrid format course design,
is an award-winning marketing professor and public relations practitioner who earned
national accreditation (APR)
from the
Public Relations Society of America in
1990. She holds a
master of science in telecommunications management
from Oklahoma State University and a bachelor of arts degree in mass
media news
and in advertising/public relations from the
University of Tulsa. She earned a Ph.D.
in education from Oklahoma State University in 2007.
Gray led the public relations and communications efforts at
QuikTrip Corporation, including media/community relations, crisis management, and employee
communications. Gray has worked in strategic and product marketing for
leading telecommunications networks, and has extensive experience in working with nonprofit
organizations to meet their marketing, public relations, and fundraising
objectives. She is an assistant professor in the School of Business at Rogers State University.
